YOSUDA exercise bikes and indoor cycling bikes

Magnetic uprights and an air bike, from 300 to 400 lb frames

Exercise Bikes by YOSUDA

Our upright exercise bikes are the backbone of YOSUDA: steel frames that stay planted when you stand to sprint, magnetic resistance that stays near 20dB, and flywheels heavy enough to make every pedal stroke round.

How to choose a YOSUDA indoor cycling bike

Start with the frame and weight capacity

Our Magnetic Exercise Bike 002C and the L-002C Pro carry riders up to 300 lb, the PRO L-010C goes to 350 lb on thickened commercial-grade steel, and the L-007C uses curved stabilizers to reach 400 lb. If two very different riders share the bike, buy for the heavier rider and the taller inseam.

Then the flywheel and resistance

A heavier flywheel keeps momentum through the dead spot of the stroke. The 002C runs a 25 lb flywheel, the PRO a 35 lb wheel, the high-end spin bike a 40 lb wheel, and the L-007C a 50 lb wheel. Magnetic resistance is contactless and quiet; the 100 micro-levels on the PRO and L-007C let you creep up in tiny steps during climbs.

Screens, apps and the air bike

Every upright tracks time, speed, distance and calories, and Bluetooth links our exclusive app or sports apps for coached rides. The high-end spin bike adds watts and RPM. For HIIT, the dual-drive smart air bike swaps magnets for a 13.6-inch fan and moving handlebars, so arms and legs work together.

Indoor cycling at home without the wobble

A YOSUDA indoor cycling bike is built around one idea: when you stand up on the pedals, the bike should not move. Our dual-triangle and thickened steel frames and wide base keep the bike stable on a hardwood floor or a gym mat, so a standing climb feels solid instead of nervous. That stable base is also what lets a 300 lb or 400 lb weight capacity mean something over years of daily workouts.

Quiet magnetic resistance for any hour

Contactless magnets sit beside the flywheel and never rub it, which is why our magnetic exercise bike models run around 20dB. Owners ride before a night shift, during a toddler's nap or late in an apartment with neighbors below. The friction brake-pad build of the 002C is the budget model; it uses the same solid frame with a felt pad that you tighten with the knob.

Comfortable seats, adjustable handlebars, caged pedals

Every upright gives you an adjustable seat and handlebars. The 002C and PRO adjust four ways for riders from 4'8" to 6'2" or 6'4"; the L-002C Pro adds a six-way seat with recline and dual springs for longer, more comfortable rides. Toe-caged pedals with straps fit almost any shoe, and the L-007C lists an inseam range of 25 to 36 inches.

Monitors, tablet holders and guided rides

Each YOSUDA cycling bike carries an LCD monitor for time, speed, distance and calories; the PRO adds a backlit screen and the high-end spin bike reads watts and RPM. A tablet holder keeps a class or a show at eye level, and Bluetooth links our exclusive app for trainer-led workouts, or Kinomap, Zwift and FED Fitness for scenic routes and tracking.

Assembly and floor space

Most of our exercise bikes arrive about 80% pre-assembled, with tools, printed steps and an online video; plan on 30 minutes. A compact upright like the 002C needs about 37 inches of floor length plus room to step on; the L-007C is the largest at 50 inches long. Front transport wheels let one person roll any of them to a new spot.

Which YOSUDA exercise bike should I check first?

Start with the 002C for an everyday, quiet ride at a friendly price. Move to the PRO L-010C if you are tall, heavy or ride hard every day. Pick the L-007C for a 400 lb rating and a 50 lb flywheel, the high-end spin bike for power-based strength and endurance training, and the air bike for HIIT that works the whole body.

Questions about YOSUDA exercise bikes

Which YOSUDA exercise bike is the quietest?

All of our magnetic uprights are designed to run around 20dB; the friction brake-pad build and the air bike are louder by nature.

Which bike fits tall riders?

The PRO L-010C fits riders from 4'8" to 6'4", and the air bike seat covers 4'7" to 6'7".

Magnetic or friction resistance?

Magnetic resistance never touches the flywheel, so it is quieter and wears less. Our friction brake-pad build is the budget choice and still uses the same 300 lb frame.
