YOSUDA recumbent exercise bikes

Back supported, joints protected, 350 lb frames

Recumbent Bikes by YOSUDA

A recumbent bike lets you pedal with your back against a seat and your knees out of the stress zone. We shaped ours with rehab professionals for seniors, plus-size riders, expecting mothers and anyone working around a knee or waist injury.

What makes a good recumbent bike

Seat adjustment you can reach

Our compact recumbent and the app model lock the seat with a turn-and-pull knob for riders from 4'9" to 6'2". The full-body model moves seat and backrest with a side handle while you stay seated, for riders up to 6'5".

Resistance that starts gentle

Sixteen magnetic levels begin almost effortless and reach up to 60 lb of push on the compact model, so recovery days and harder sessions both fit.

Extras that matter

Pulse sensors and an LCD or LED monitor come on every model; the app model adds footstraps and a tablet stand, and the full-body model adds detachable resistance bands for arm work.

Can I adjust the seat without getting off?

Yes, on the full-body recumbent: flick the handle at your side.
