From the box to your first ride

Your machine ships from the partner store you ordered from, so delivery dates, carriers and tracking appear on that store's order page.

How much assembly to expect

1. Upright bikes: about 80% pre-assembled, under 30 minutes with the included tools and video.
2. Foldable ellipticals: about 95% pre-assembled, roughly 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Wooden water rowers: 98% pre-assembled, about ten minutes.
4. Stair stepper: 90% pre-assembled.
5. Under desk ellipticals: fully assembled, just plug in.

Before you unpack

Clear a spot near where the machine will live, keep the box until everything is checked, and lay parts out on a towel. Most machines have transport wheels, so you can roll them to their final place.
