About this machine
Our PRO rower is built around a 4mm extra-thick steel main frame and two widened stabilizers, which is how it carries 400 lb. An aluminum slide rail moves more smoothly and quietly than plain iron, and the 53-inch inseam range fits almost any rower. Sixteen neodymium magnets give 16 levels, and the rail folds when the session ends.
