About this machine

The R2 is our answer for rowers who train by split time. Thirty-two aerodynamic blades and ten airflow settings give linear resistance from catch to finish, and a one-piece molded airbox keeps the feel consistent. The self-powered monitor shows 500m split, watts and stroke count; afterward the machine separates into two pieces and stands in 25 by 33 inches.

Upgrade
Hardest part about gettiing it put together was getting upstairs and out of the box. Was using a magnetic rower and switched to this and glad I did. I'm using on level 3 and my workout is usually last between 30 to 45 minutes. Don't be afraid to bite the bullet.
